Schedule PWA – “the Usual”
Role‑aware Progressive Web App that lets servers & patrons share real‑time
work schedules on any device.
Built with a Go micro‑service backend, Bootstrap/JS front‑end, and offline‑capable
service‑worker caching. OAuth‑based login enforces role‑specific views while a
CouchDB datastore keeps subscriptions in sync across desktop and mobile. The
app is wrapped for the Apple App Store and Google Play using Capacitor.
Machine‑to‑machine handshake service securing API traffic and IoT payloads.
We designed a lightweight Node.js client library and a Go‑based verification
service that perform AES‑256‑GCM encryption with time‑based salts. Each
request carries an encrypted UTC timestamp token, preventing replay attacks
while adding less than 20 µs of latency. The gateway currently authenticates
over 10 k requests per minute for field devices in the energy sector.
Real‑time surface & HQ visibility into drilling‑tool sensor data.
Kaisser Systems integrated Modbus‑over‑TCP PLCs with MQTT brokers to stream
pressure, vibration, and temperature data from downhole tools. A Go service
normalizes telemetry after acquisition; data is visualized in Grafana and
archived to InfluxDB for long‑term analytics. The system has cut troubleshooting
time on rig sites by 35 % and is deployed on AWS & on‑prem edge devices.
